Eric Lazar
Partner & President
Eric is a Marine Corps veteran, serving as an Intelligence Analyst for an Electronic Warfare Squadron. His 20+ year private sector background includes 13 years as a regional sales manager for a group of broadcast television stations, where he forged a radical sales structure model that is now implemented by over 170 television stations nationwide. Following his broadcast tenure, Eric launched a start-up mobile company, which was quickly absorbed by a competitor; then joining the competitor, Eric became VP of Sales, taking the company from $680k to $5 million in annual revenue over the next 4 years when it was then acquired by a prominent agency. Eric’s launch of SpeedPro Chicago Loop was born out of the desire leverage a career in advertising and marketing, coupled with aspiration to lead an organization that prided itself on its innovative and supportive culture while being a great local corporate citizen.
Eric is an avid camper and shooter, enjoying rustic outdoor activities whenever he can escape. He is active in the military veteran community, serving as the Communications Officer and Alumni Director for Project Relo and sits on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Marines Foundation.
Rebecca Considine
Partner & Vice President
Passionate, enthusiastic, problem solver who loves to communicate and construct creative marketing solutions. Rebecca spent fifteen years developing a successful sales and marketing career as a key leader formulating creative marketing solutions for Katz Media Group. Rebecca rose through the ranks from Sales Intern to Team Manager & Mentor; recognized as an adept problem solver, negotiator and motivational force. Rebecca serves the critical role of cultivating our pivotal partnerships, stewarding client service, as well as assuming various operational and leadership functions. Rebecca’s goals are to focus on continued growth and innovation solutions while always ensuring extraordinary customer service. Rebecca is a two time finisher of the Chicago Marathon, holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with over 20 years of Martial Arts Experience.
Rebecca serves as the President of the Franchise Advisor Council for the SpeedPro system, as well as Executive Board Member/Treasurer of the Media Advertising Club of Chicago (MAC) and sits on the Board of Directors/Member Liason for the Small Business Advocacy Council.
Natalie James
Director: Process Optimization
Natalie James is a Florida native with over a decade of experience in the printing industry. She joined the print world at 21 years old, largely self-taught, building her resume with both large and small production shops and developing an expertise on the high-speed cutting technology of a CNC. We have come to know Natalie as passionate, driven and ambitious, making her mark at SpeedPro Chicago Loop immediately after her arrival.
Natalie is an aspiring artist and in her off-time, we learned that she enjoy’s crochet, making knitwear for the homeless and giving her goods out to those in need.
Armando Acosta
Lead Flatbed Production Operator
Armando is decades long veterans of the printing industry, joining the SpeedPro Chicago Loop team in Spring 2022. He brings a wealth of knowledge about large format production, managing complex projects, large-scale volume with some of fastest and biggest machines in the market. In his current role, Armando takes lead on all flatbed printing and supports the cutting and finishing team with his breadth of knowledge.
Armando was born in Mexico and has been in the U.S. since his early years; he is married and the proud father of six children. On his off time, he’s at the bowling alley, watching football (Da’ Bears!) or taking in a baseball game. Rumor has it, there’s a good chance he might be hanging in the backyard BBQ’ing, even on Chicago’s coldest days.
Reyna Morales
Lead Media Production Operator
Reyna is a cross-functional player able to move seamlessly between pre-press, production, cutting to finishing. Its no wonder she can do what she does, Reyna has 10-years experience in screen-printing and graphic design having worked for her family that also owns a sign company right here in Chiacgo–(shhhh…don’t tell her dad she’s now working for the competition!)
Reyna is the eldest of three kids, raised on the Southside and played travel soccer in her earlier years. On her free time, you might likely find her hiking through a forest preserve taking in the wonders of nature.
